For more than three decades, Rand-Pro has represented South African families and businesses in the short-term insurance market — placing cover, negotiating premiums and standing beside our clients when a claim needs to be settled.
Our story
Rand-Pro Insurance Brokers was founded in 1988 in Springs, on the East Rand of Gauteng. What began as a specialist brokerage for the industrial community has grown into a two-office practice covering the full spectrum of short-term insurance — from heavy haulage fleets to household contents.
In 2010 we opened a second office in Brackenfell, Cape Town, to serve clients in the Western Cape with the same personal service our East Rand community has known for decades.

We are an authorised Financial Services Provider (FSP) registered under the Financial Advisory and Intermediary Services Act (FAIS). We hold professional indemnity cover, we adhere to the requirements of POPIA, and we publish our complaints process, conflict of interest policy and PAIA manual on this website.
